- Healthcare Services:
- We provide a comprehensive package of health services, including maternal and child health, immunization, control of communicable diseases, and mental health. Our primary care facilities follow the South Sudan BPHNS Policy, ensuring lifesaving interventions for all.
- In 2022 alone, we reached and nurtured the lives of 10,622 individuals, including children, women, at-risk men, and vulnerable groups across South Sudan1.
- Nutrition Support:
- Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH):
- Access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene practices is crucial. We’ve empowered 683 households to improve their WASH conditions, promoting health and preventing diseases at the household and community levels1.
- Our Approach:
- Yo’ Care South Sudan is run by local medical, healthcare, and nutritional professionals. We collaborate with communities, government agencies, and partners to create sustainable impact.
- Our baseline assessment in Jebel Kujur, Juba, South Sudan, in 2021 laid the foundation for our WASH initiatives1.
