submit quotations for the installation, configuration, and deployment of an Odoo Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP) system.
This initiative is intended to strengthen organizational efficiency by integrating key functions—
including financial management, procurement, inventory, program planning and reporting, and
human resources—into a unified system, in alignment with YOCASS’s Financial and
Administrative Procedural Manual (2022) and commitment to accountability and internal
controls.
